The most common rug cleaning method we employ at Clean & Dry Carpet Cleaning is the hot water extraction (steam cleaning) method. This method deep-cleans your rugs and removes dirt and cleaning solution residues more effectively than other methods. For older or more delicate rugs, we sometimes recommend dry cleaning. Our cleaning process consists of the following steps:
Initial Inspection: We consider visible damage, stains, fading, colour instability, wear, and other factors when determining the most appropriate cleaning method.
Dusting or Air-Washing: Compressed air and specialized tools remove dust and other particulate matter embedded deep within your rug.
Rug Are Beaten: All rugs are put on the racks before being vacuumed and beaten all over to loosen up all items and dust free.
Pre- Vacuumed: Kirby is the best vacuum cleaner that gets deep in the soil.
Pre-Treatment: Special stain-removers prepare spots for removal.
Pre-Cleaning: This process targets heavily soiled areas.
Pre-Treatment: Free Deodoriser, Free Mould Treatment and Sanitiser.
Agitation: The agitation process helps loosen stains and soil.
Dry Cleaned: Some rugs we apply the dry clean method for a very deep scrub in the rug soils to get prepared for the deep steam clean wash.
Extraction: Hot steam rinse and extraction draw out loosened stains and soil.
Fringes: All Persian rug design need to have their fringes cleaned, we only clean them by hand wash, we take allot of effort and time to get the original colour of fringes back to new.
Grooming: Specialized tools restore the nap of your rug.
Drying: Our climate-controlled drying room dries your rug in less than 24 hours.
Post-Cleaning Inspection: We check to make sure your rug cleaning meets our rigorous quality standards and repeat any earlier steps if needed.
